He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Jack; his parents, Peter Jack and Cecilia Jack; his children, Marylou and Matthew; his siblings, Michel Jr. and Bernice; and his grandson Desmond.
He is survived by: his children, Michael, Cynthia and Leon; his sisters, Caroline, Angela and Philomena; his grandchildren, Elijah, Kenyatta, Scott, Daisy, Farron and Cory; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Elora, Oliver, Uapashkuss and Leona.
A wake was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Cyn Building. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Roman Catholic Church.
