He is survived by: his wife Meta; his children, Jack Mahoney (Crystal), Raymond Jr. Perry (Paige), Rae, Perry, Kevin Perry and Tyler Perry; his grandchildren, Joshua, Emma, Alexi, Jae, Jaxon, Wynter and Avaia; his brothers, Alphonsus Perry (Jacqueline) and Edward Perry (Debbie); his mother-in-law Margaret Brake; and his brother-in-law Neddy (Christa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
