Richard Joseph Tourrette Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Joseph Tourrette (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Turrett (Jack) and Annie Francis Turrett. He is survived by: his wife Millie; his children, Nina Tourett-Retieffe (Phil Retieffe), Richard Jr. (Rebecca), Denis (Geniene) and Lance (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Cody, Jayla and Cassidy; and his siblings, Hector Tourett (Carolyn), Ethel and Grace. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

Donations in Richard's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
