He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Allen and Llewellyn Allen; and his siblings, Archibald, Edward, Cecil, Carrie and Rowena.
He is survived by: his wife Hope; his daughters, Elaine (Glen), Barbara (Boyd), Roberta (Leroy) and Faye; his grandsons, Chad (Jillian), Ryan (Megan), Tyler, Gregory and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Sofia; his brothers, James, Donald and Keith; Calvin, Muriel (Wade), Taryn, Dave (Cheryl), Craig, Barbara (Jamie), Baine and Wavey (Timothy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church (45 Bennett Ave, Deer Lake, NL A8A1B2).
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Faith Pentecostal Tabernacle, 87 Legrow Street, Port aux Basques, NL A0M 1C0.
