He was predeceased by: his brother Randy; and his mother-in-law Marguerite. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Maegan (Steve), Kathryn (Chris) and Christine; his grandsons, Oliver and Harvey; his mother Louise; his siblings, Rick (Jude), Ray (Mar), Lynn, Paul (Dawn), Roxanne and Sheri; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra (Brent) and Kathryn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund.
