He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Locke; his parents, Hedley Locke and Dulcie Locke; his son David Locke; and his siblings, Grace, Stella, Gladys and Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Hall (Clarence), Sylvia Tobin (George) and Glenn Locke (Christine); his sister Dorothy Campbell (Dot); his grandchildren, Darren, Terri-Lynn, Amy, Aaron, Tracy, Michelle, Christopher, Sarah, Mason, Matthew, Lauren, Kayla and Keisha; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Mia, Kaylie, Tyler, Triniti, Logan, Lily, Ethan, Sophia, Max, David, Ryker, Guienji and Angel; his friend Myrtle McCarthy; and his daughter-in-law Jean Locke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Roy's memory to the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit.
