He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Myles and Sarah Myles; his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Elizabeth Gardner; and his siblings-in-law, Willette Myles and Chesley Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Deborah (Theodore), Lemoine and Scott Roche (Tina); his grandchildren, Danielle, Ryan (Amanda), Matthew and Geoff; his brothers, Bob (Mona), Steve Myles, Princelean (Ken), Lloyd and Alonzo (Margie); and his close friends, Dougal, Dorothy Pye, Calvin and Violet Toope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Roy's memory to the Oakland United Church fund.
