She is survived by: her husband John McCarthy; her daughter Holly McCarthy; her sisters, Louise, Jesse (Joe) and Dianne (Hubert); her nieces, Paula, Jennifer and Andrea; her great-nieces, Alexandria and Alexia; and her close friends, Gladys Dicks and Debbie McCarthy. She is also survived by relatives, and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Wanda's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
