He was predeceased by: his daughter Crystal; his brother Bruce; and his parents-in-law, Heber White and Ida White. He is survived by: his wife Ivy; his daughter Krystyn (Dustin); his granddaughter Krystal; his sibling's children, Janeia, Duncan and Josh; and his close friends, Kenny Crocker and Bonita White.
