He was predeceased by: his wife Ilene (Spencer); his parents, Martin Lowe and Madeline Lowe; his parents-in-law, George and Emma Spencer; his brother Harry; his siblings-in-law, Marie Lowe, Jean, Harry Podworny, Barry Spencer, John Spencer and Ken Spencer; and his nephews, Mark Lowe, Jr. and Blair Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Gordon (Cheryl), George and Shaunda; his granddaughters, Jillian Atkins (Vernon) and Caitlin Lowe; his great grandchildren, Ava, Chance and Reid; his siblings, Martin, Tom (Maureen), Madonna (Brian), Mark (Sandra), Mary (Chris), Gertrude (Emedee), John (Noreen), Gerald (Mary), Dennis (Naomi), Hilda (Clarence), Janet (Brian) and Colleen (Jarvis); his siblings-in-law, Gloria and Allen Shoemaker; and his niece Alicia.
