She is survived by: her children, Serena Patey and Clement Payne (Juanita); her daughter-in-law Valetta Payne; her grandchildren, Erica Alcock (Edward), Sheldon Payne (Sara), Patrick Patey (Dawn), Christopher Payne (Carol-Ann) and Jonathan Payne (Mark); her stepgranddaughter Tiffany Payne (Dallas); and her great grandchildren, Grayson Payne, Gavin Patey, Sophie Payne, Marshall Payne, Charlotte Payne and Ellie Payne.
