He was predeceased by : his wife Ina Elizabeth Turnbull; his siblings, John, Henry, Ralph Wilton, Mildred and Louise; and his parents, Barton Turnbull and Rachel Turnbull.
He is survived by : his children, Vivian (Tom), Kimberly (Derrick), Edward (Ina), Alex Jr. Everett (Darlene), Melvin (Thelma), Darrell (Katrina) and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Lorenda (Damien), Karen (Neil), Anthony, Andy, Amanda (Damien), Ricky, Rodney (Irene), Jordan, Shania, Mitchell and Hailey. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
