He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Jenny Park, Steven and Dorothy Wells; his in-laws, Charles and Amelia Caines; and his close friend Cyril Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Glyness; his parents, Terry Wells and Evelyn Wells; his siblings, Lonnie (Kelly) and Janice; his siblings-in-law, Jim Caines (Donna), Glenn Caines (Pam), Bernice Park (Medrick), Patsy Perry, Maxine Payne (Ira), Cathy Park (Nick), Judy Sheppard (Dave) and Brandy Park; his nieces and nephews, Tanner, Natasha, Nadean, Melvin, Glendale, Dana, Tara, Jonathan, Jordan, Cora, Robin and Ashley; his close friends, Norm, Lillian White, Chris, Patsy Keats, Glen and Jennifer Park; his cousin Vic Park; Hilda Sheppard (late Reg) and Gerald Park (Nancy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Dave's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
