He is survived by : his children, Pauline Baker (Barry) of Little Harbour, Jim Abbott (Loretta) of Little Harbour and Merrill Abbott (Sue Nelson); his grandchildren, Corey Abbott (Leslie), Greg Abbott (Jessica), Lindsay Abbott (Brad), Perry Abbott (Courtney), Anthony Abbott (Jacqueline) and Nathan Baker (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Faith, Megan, Luke, Georgia, Ellie, Brock, Brooklyn and Jack; his sister Margaret Pardy of Marystown; and his siblings-in-law, Cecil Barnes of Ontario, Bill Wells (Lucy) of Harbour Breton, Reg Dodge (Nora) of Rushoon, Jerry Dodge of Marystown, Betty Herridge (Gordon) of Grand Bank, Bernice Miller of Grand Bank, Vida Benoite of Burgeo, Charity Benoite of Burgeo, Martha Saunders (Sam) of Brookside, Sue Couture (Jean) of Nova Scotia and Diane Donaldson (Will) of Codroy Valley.
