He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Staci Hillier of Fortune, Tanya Smith (Jason) of Ontario and Kelly Hillier (Manny) of Ontario; his siblings, Edith Fudge (Scott), Myrtle Organ (Ken), Amelia Menchenton (Roy), John Hillier (Yvonne), Harold Hillier (Lucie) and Stanley Hillier Larry Hillier (Barbara); his grandchildren, Victoria, Nathan, Rebecca, Brooke, Chelsea and Monica; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Stacey (Pat), Jean King (Jack), Marilyn Foote (Roy), Daphne Taylor (Dave), Kathy Boland (Brian), Shirley Thornhill (Calvin), Karen Martin (Melvin), Shelly Rose, Wanda Lee (Thomas Woodland), Clyde Lee (Faye), Robert Lee (Jeannine) and Dennis Lee (Cammie).
In keeping with the current Covid 19 regulations, this will be a walk through visitation for each household bubble.
In Cecil's memory donations may be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church, or flowers gratefully accepted.
