With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cordelia Mayo of Creston, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Mayo; and her parents, Lillian Adams and John Adams. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Georgina Brushett (Ben) of Creston South; her niece Ethel Hillier; and her close friend Jane Hodder.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peninsula Funeral Home (4 Markland Rd, Creston, NL A0E1K0). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary United Church (25 Markland Rd, Creston, NL A0E1K0). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calvary United Cemetery.
