He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pearl; his stepdaughter Asha; his father Nelson; his stepmother Emily; his stepsiblings, Stewart and Stacey; his stepnieces, Sarah Niminiken (Ryan) and Nicole Fulton (Kristan) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Deegan, Easton, Ivor and Eden Rose; his close friends, Albert Inkpen, Major Ross, Alvin Foote, Dave Rowsell, Bill Leech, Cathy, Randell Evans and Viola Lewis; his mother-in-law Gertrude; his siblings-in-law, Moses (Medi) and Mariam (Asha); his aunts and uncles, Lois, Flora, Warren, Wayne, Josie, Marie (George), Judy (Cyril), Brenda and Margaret; his mother Mildred; and his aunts and uncles, Clarence, Donald, Robert Inkpen, Doug Horwood, William Pike, Michel Mailloux (Maxwell Joyce), Martha, Lillian and Rita.
