He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Irene Snow; his children, Stephen Penney and Maggin Penney; his stepchildren, Carmen Ditotto and Maricello Ditotto; his grandchildren, Claudia Ditotto, Kylie Ditotto, Sebastian Ditotto, Sara Ditotto, Theodore Ditotto and Niah Penney; his great grandchildren, Noah and Lucas; his mother Elsie Norman (John); his siblings, Diane Critch, Phyllis Winsor (John), Anthony Snow (Roxanne), Eugene Snow, Gladys Mercer (Aubrey) and Deborah Garland; his cousins, Cathy and Rene Delisle; his aunt Frances Gale; his close friend Ward Snow; his father Alfred Snow; his brother Dwayne Snow; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Beatrice Davis.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Slade's Funeral Home.
