She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth West and Willoughby West; her parents-in-law, Annie and Morgan Francis; her siblings, Norman West, Eileen Simon (Keith), Patricia Sallenbach (Wes), Ruth Gilroy (Jim) and Shirley Hooper; her siblings-in-law, Ben Francis (Jane), Charlotte Follett (Lyman), Mildred Saunders (Samuel), Eleanor Francis (Warren), Tommy Francis (Jean), Earl Francis, Bertha Hargreaves (Ken) and Melvin Francis; and her pet Sable.

She is survived by: her husband Reuben Francis; her son Tim Francis (Martha); her grandsons, Greg Francis and Jake Francis (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Harper Hazel and Crew; her siblings, Jeanne West and Bill West (Shirley); her siblings-in-law, Richard Hooper, Vera West, Gladys Francis and Dorothy Francis; her pets, Dolly and Charlie; and her caregiver Cross Hospital. She is also survived by husband, son and daughter-in-law, grandsons, granddaughter-in-law, and great-grandchildren.
