She was predeceased by: her husband John Joseph Bolt; her children, Una, Phillip and Roy; her granddaughter-in-law Sally; her parents, Charles Fizzard and Susannah Fizzard; and her siblings, George Fizzard, Thomas Fizzard, James Fizzard, Roy Fizzard, Sarah Labour and Anne Pardy.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence, Tony (Pamela), Robert (Carol Ann), Larry (Julie), Pauline Bowers (Eric) of Medicine Hat, AB and Diane Hackett (Calvin) of Terrenceville; her grandchildren, Robin Stone of Medicine Hat, AB, Amanda Hackett of Ottawa, Preston Stone, Colin Hackett of Terrenceville, Ryan Bolt (Melanie) of Torbay, Valerie Brushett (Mike) of Medicine Hat, AB, Tony Bolt (Jennifer) of Marystown, Victoria Bolt (Marystown) and Craig Pierce of Hr; her great grandchildren, Koby, Allie, Michaenna, Karlie, Dylan, Addison, Jaiden, Jacklynn, Isabella and Austin; her brother John Fizzard; her friends, Hazel and Mary; her nieces, Veronica and Donna; and her close friends, Shane Page, Rob Morris and Regan Bowers.
