Meric Chipp Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meric Chipp of Creston, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chipp and Hilda Chipp; his parents-in-law, Daisy and Onslow Smith; his brother Baxter Chipp; his brother-in-law Max Pardy; and his nephew Barry Hodder.

He is survived by: his wife Emily; his children, Tammy (Dave) of Ontario and Paul (Kim) of Ontario; his granddaughter Makayla; his siblings, Annie, Joy (Ben), Donna (Lindsay), Mavis (Lloyd), Dorcas (Harold), Neil (Edith), Lee (Karen) and Rudy; his siblings-in-law, Betty (Bill), Lilian, Ches (Pauline) and Unice (Phyllis); his nephew Jacob; and his niece Jenna.
