Gerald Whalen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2025, at the age of 82, Gerald Whalen of Cupids, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Whalen and Mary Whalen (Nee Abbot); his brother James Whelan; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Hawco and Betty Whelan.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lenard, Catherine and Gertrude.
