With sadness, we share the passing of Alpheaus Alf Larkin of Deer Lake, Newfoundland. Alpheaus, born on September 12, 1938, passed away on August 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen and Jenetta; his siblings, Erastus (Edith), Archibald (Annie), Frederick, Ulet, Alexander, Angus, Thomas (Myrtle), Emily (Nathaniel), Lillian and Jane; and his brother-in-law Melvin Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Maude; his sons, Jacob (Sarah) and Glenn (Norma); his grandchildren, Adam (Jackie) and Amanda; his great grandchild Arick; and his stepchildren, Kirk (Lisa), Ford (Connie), Nick (Kathleen), Kimberly (Steve) and Lori. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Alf wished for donations to be made to St Michael's and All Angels Anglican Church in Deer Lake.
