He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean; his children, Chuck (Jennifer), Luke (Susie) and Beth; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Cameron and Nate; his parents, Howard Williams and Jean Williams; his siblings, Sandra Bingle (Elmo), Kevin Williams (Karen), Brian Williams, Carol Ann Mugford (Ted), Steve Williams (Dale) and Jason Williams (Pauline); his mother-in-law Gertrude Barnes; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Freake (Cordell), Junior Barnes, Jeff Barnes and Sheldon Barnes (Lorina); his sister Marjorie Blanchard; and his father-in-law Hubert Barnes. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many, many friends.
