He was predeceased by : his parents, Kay Burton and Randy Parsons; his sister Rowena Parsons; his grandparents, Daisy Burton, Dorothy and Gordon Parsons; his uncle Gordon Parsons; his aunts, Dorothy Caines, Lillian Pearce (Tom) and Penny Parsons Budgell; and his cousin Lori Tabbert.

He is survived by : his siblings, William Parsons, Sheldon Parsons and Sherry; his nephew Jacob; and his niece Candace. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, extended family and friends.
