He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stafford, Bride Williams, Edward and Zelma McKay. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin McKay (Gail) and Janesta McKay (Lloyd); his wife Lori-Ann; his sons, Christian (Emily), Daniel (Faith) and Peter (Olivia); his grandchildren, Riley, Jeremiah, Samson, James, Jaxon and Zion; his siblings, Jason (Gail), Kimberly (Eric), Elizabeth (Troy), Perry (Tanya) and Matthew; his mother-in-law Bessie Gifford; his brothers, Kevin, Sherry-Lynn (Peter) and Jeremy (Rachel); and his nieces and nephews, Adam, Joshua, Isaiah, Angel, Gabriel, Faith, Noah, Emma, Dylan, William and Katie. He is also survived by friends and numerous extended family.
