He is survived by : his wife Dolores; his children, Leona Gosney (Butch), Rhonda Gordon (Sheldon), Tammy Evans (Neil) and Guy Alexander (Carol); his grandchildren, Kevin, Adrian, Andrew (Maïwenn) and Nicholas (Chelsey); his great grandchild Ellie; his siblings, Annette Specker (Tony), Greta Gillard (Robert Alexander), Vincent, Shirley Theriault (Leo), Ursula Hynes (Hubert), Edwina (Freeman Parsons), Douglas (Marcie), Gregory (Sheila Walsh), Roger (Deborah Price) and Cynthia Foote (Lionel); his sister-in-law Mimie; and his parents-in-law, Sheila Hynes, Elizabeth Rubia, Brendan, Vernon (Vi), Aubrey (Beverly), Juanita (Henry), Wayne (Dianne), Ivan and Freeman (Camilla).

“It is with great sadness that Chris and I, Ralph Purcell, have found out that Edmund has died. We have found over the years(close to 50) that Edmund and his wife, Delores, were friendly, hardworking, and great to communicate with. Though we haven’t seen Edmund for some time time, the memories of Edmund‘s involvement with us are longstanding and positive. Fair well fine friend. Ralph and Chris Purcell”
