He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Seaward and Phyllis Seaward; his sister Iris Hoddinott; his parents-in-law, Herman and Amy Rolfe; and his siblings-in-law, Lillian Wilson and Jim Bonnell.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Terry and Debbie Caldwell (Jim); his brothers, Eric Seaward (Beverly) and Paul Seaward (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Tyler, Allison, Evan and Jimmy; his great grandchildren, Emilie, Lennon and Bodhi; and his siblings-in-law, Randell Hodinott, Edwin Rolfe (Maureen) and Sylvia Bonnell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
