Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church (45 Bennett Ave, Deer Lake, NL A8A1B2).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the Children's Ministry in Natuashish, Labrador.
