He was predeceased by : his parents, Betram Hillier and Mary Hillier; and his brother Bert Jr.. He is survived by : his close friend Gwen House of Corner Brook; his siblings, Freeman (Judy), Derek (Dawn), Tom, Aubrey (Teena), Melvina Philpott (Gerard) and Brenda Hillier (John); and his sister-in-law Doris Hillier. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many extended family and friends.
