With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Joseph McDonald of Deer Lake, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 16, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa "Sis" McDonald; and his granddaughter Heather McDonald. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph, Louis (Lisa Hoddinott), John (Sheila) and Michael (Jillian); his grandchildren, Joanne (Dwayne), Ryan (Nick), Matthew (Monica), Andrew, Summer and Macy; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Caleb and Adrian; and his significant other Ann Marie Ammann. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 18th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (21 Upper Nicholsville Rd, Deer Lake, NL A8A1Z3).
