It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lloyd Rumbolt of Deer Lake, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sibling Florrie Rumbolt. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Dale (Jessie) of Mary's Hr, Caroline and Vivian; and his grandchildren, Gregory, Angela, Roxy, Dale, Larry and Bobbi-Jo. He is also survived by his 20 great grandchildren, and also a large circle of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the Anglican Church (18 Farm Rd, Deer Lake, NL A8A1E3).
