He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ellsworth and Annie Ellsworth; and his sister Georgina McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellsworth; his children, Maxine Wagar-Canning, Kay Giancola (Dave), Kevin Ellsworth (Melita), Keith Ellsworth (Diana) and Roger Ellsworth (Dolly); and his siblings, Nellie Compton, Dorothy Breen (Charlie), Guy Ellsworth (Joy), Garland Ellsworth (Wanda) and Jim Ellsworth (Doreen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The family kindly asks that anyone attending the visitation and funeral service to please wear a mask.
