William Calvin Tibbo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Calvin Tibbo of Ferryland, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marie; his parents, Hubert Tibbo and Emma Tibbo; his parents-in-law, Joseph, Pauline Coady and Bill; Carmel O'Reilly.

He is survived by: his sons, Justin (April) and Joshua (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Paige, Callie and James; his siblings, Gladys Maher (Ernest), Mary Tibbo (George) and Gary (Wanda); and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie (Sharon), Gerry (Michelle), Ella (Wally) and Eileen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or Leonard A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit.
