He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel and Kevin; and his mother-in-law Margaret Houlihan. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Kay); his children, Joanne (Kenny), Jim and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Hannah, Jaxon and Nate; and his siblings, Kathleen, Carl (Donna), Chris (Kathleen) and Kevin (Denise).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's memory to the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, Flatrock.
