She is survived by: her mother Mary Downey; her son Joshua Shea (Nikita); her grandchildren, Ethan Shea and Lukas Shea; her siblings, Morris Downey, Fabian Downey (Carmel), Don Downey (Jody), Teresina Baggs (Bram) and Mike Downey (Jackie); and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Shea (Lene), Gerald Shea, Peter Shea, Lucy Tobin (Pat), Edna Belliveau (Raymond), Ruby Cousins (John) and Carmel Alyward (Lloyd). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church. A wake was held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
