He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Piercey and Julia Piercey; his sister Christie Lovell; his brother-in-law Jacob Lovell; his son-in-law Sylvester Harris; and his stepson Reuben Hickman.
He is survived by : his wife Margaret; his son Neil (Dawn) of Mount Pearl; his stepchildren, Dave Hickman (Patricia) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Marilyn Harris of Fortune and Patricia Follett (Clyde) of Cold Lake, Alberta; his brother Leo Bonnell (Marion); and his granddaughter Tamara Green.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the area, the family has decided on cremation with a funeral service to be held at a date to be announced.
In Edwin's memory donations may be made to the United Church, Fortune.
