He is survived by : his son Gilbert J. Ayers (Donna) of Toronto, ON; his siblings, Muriel Marks (William), Alma Dowding, Eric Ayers (Nadine) and Melvin Ayers (Elizabeth); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Herritt and Sandra Ayers; and his grandchildren, Steven and Jennifer Ayers.
In Gilbert's memory, donations may be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
