He is survived by : his wife Rev. Robynn Toal; his sons, Kevin Toal of Sarnia, ON and Steve Toal (Megan) of Sarnia, ON; his stepson Johnny Wilkinson (Tracy) of Camlachie, ON; his siblings, Gail Cardinal (Marcel), Linda Rosevearr (Ed), Joyce Levis, Caren Stewart (Peter), Jack Toal, Roger Toal and Rocky Toal (Nicole); his grandchildren, Maia, Codie, Lexi, Tein, Arabella and Cadence; his stepgrandchildren, Emma and Colin; his mother-in-law Anne Clarke; and his brothers-in-law, David Clarke (Lynn), Greg Clarke (Lauren), Brian Clarke and Alfred Lajoie.
