She is survived by: her children, Freeman Foote (Mary) of Fortune, Howard Foote (Judy) of St. John's, Gilbert Foote of Bishop's Falls, Meta Clarke (Charlie) of Winterland, Phyllis Penney (Aubrey) of Bridgewater and Elaine Moulton (Murray) of Ontario; her daughter-in-law Geraldine Foote of Fortune; her brother Joe Hillier of Fortune; and her brother-in-law Calvin Foote of Grand Bank.
In Lucy's memory donations may be made to Alzheimer's Society or Canadian Cancer Society. No flowers by request of the family.
