She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Carter and Reuben Carter; her son Rodney MacDonald; her siblings, Tom Carter, Joe Carter and Alice Breen; her great grandchild Willow Henebury; her former husband Robert MacDonald; and her close friends, George Bartlett and Eli Ayres.
She is survived by: her children, Philip MacDonald (Wanda) of Brooks, AB, Cynthia Hodge (Glen) of St and Loretta Oram (Roland) of Mount Pearl, NL; her grandchildren, Brendan, Hayley, Timothy, Robert and Paige; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Nolan, Olive and Layla; her sister Joyce Hennebury (Hubert); and her sister-in-law Esther Carter.
In Mary's memory donations may be made to All Saints Anglican Church or flowers gratefully accepted.
