Stacey; his parents, Anthony Stacey and Elizabeth Stacey; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Alice Hynes; his siblings-in-law, Alice Stacey, Dorothy Stacey and Joseph Hynes; and his nieces, Catherine House, Julia Reid, Wanda Stacey and Bessie Stacey.
He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Monstur (Thomas) of Oshawa, ON, Rayelene Stacey of St. John's, Patricia Smart (Robert) of Pickering, ON, Linda Stacey of Oshawa, ON and Lisa Stacey of Medicine Hat, AB; his grandchildren, Jodie, Chantal, Emily, Cody and Blair; and his siblings, Maryann Davis (Jerome), Hellen Drake (Gerard), John Joe Stacey (Emma), Sylvester Stacey (Selina) and Angus Stacey (Rita).
In Patrick's memory donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of NL, no flowers by request of the family.
