She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Cuza and Anna Mary Cuza; her siblings, Ambrose, Aubrey Cuza and Goretta Hepditch; her parents-in-law, Edward and Antonia Slaney; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Pickett (Kevin), Valentine Slaney, Edward Slaney, Jim Howlett, Julian Rennie and Kevin Brockerville.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Karen Slaney (Pat) of St. John's, Rodney Slaney (Cathy) of St. Lawrence and Sheldon Slaney (Nikki) of Dunville; her grandchildren, Abigail (Patrick), Ailish, Kaleb and Karleigh; her siblings, Marjorie Harnett (Anthony) of Point May, Emily Strang (Lou) of Lawn, Kevin Cuza (Marina) of Point May, Raymond Cuza (Bea) of Fortune and Frank Cuza of Point May; and her siblings-in-law, Ira Hepditch of Point, Barb Cuza of Fortune, Carmel Howlett of St. Lawrence, Sadie Rennie of St. Lawrence, Gertrude Brockerville of Ontario, Phyllis Belanger (Marcel) of Alberta, Edith Slaney and Carmelita Slaney of Lawn. She is also survived by her family, friends.
