With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada Eastman (Gander Bay South, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ada Eastman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert and Myrtle; her husband Aubrey; her son Everett; her grandson Rodney; her great grandchildren, Xander and Grayson; her daughter-in-law Gertie; and her brother Ryburn.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene, Ronald (Marie), Rick (Ruby), Philip (Diane), Sylvia (Carl), Daphne (Morley), Nancy (Lawrence) and Melinda (John); her daughter-in-law Diane; and her siblings, Faith, Mable, Edna, Isaac and Walter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Riverside United Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Riverside United Church Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Ada's memory may be made to Riverside United Church.
