She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Purchase and Marion Purchase; her siblings, Eleanor, Velma, Alex, Lester and Thomas (Dorothy); and her in-laws, Roland Boyde (Bernice), Kay Leyte (Milton) and Melvin Boyde.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Boyde; her siblings, Arch (Debbie), Regina (Norman), Doris (Ivan), Ruth (Wayne), Gladys and Clara; and her sisters-in-law, Maggie and Laura. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Salvation Army Citadel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
Donations in Alvina's memory may be given to her family.
