He was predeceased by : his parents, Garland Chaulk and Lucy Chaulk (Grey); and his siblings, Effie and Douglas. He is survived by : his wife Edna; his daughter Georgina (Dave); his grandson Christopher (Tonda); his great grandchildren, Destiny and Gracie May; and his siblings, Pearce (Vera), Ted (Ada), Iona (Ted), Ivy, Rosie Leveita (Melvin), Olga (Pat), Shirley (Malcolm) and Annie (Ron).
