With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Budgell (Gander, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 4, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Perry and Geneva Perry; and his brother Max. He is survived by: his wife Daisy; his children, Calvin (Bernice), Mabel Cole, John (Kim), Tim (Susan), Lisa Bell (Jeff), Wanda Budgell, Trevor and Huey (Marlene); and his siblings, Mont (Shirley), Fred (Hilda), Calvin (Caroline), Bernice Hancock, Carmella Dennis, Deloris Padey and Mable Walsh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

Flowers accepted or donations may be made in his memory to assist the family.
