It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dulcie (Starkes) Feltham (Gander, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 85, on December 27, 2023. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Sam Starkes and Janet Starkes; her siblings, Effie (Dafoe), Phyllis (Philpott), Lizzie, Betty (Wiseman), Annie (Hancock), Kathy (Geoff Muggridge), Wayne (Rosalynn) and Sterling (Sharon); her spouse Merle; her children, Val (Clayton), Pam (Mike) and Roma (Steve); her grandchildren, Sara (Brad), Julia, Sam, Jacob, Jemma, Leah, Zoe, Lila, Alice and William; and her close friend Mila. She was also cherished by Aunt Dee to her many nieces and nephews.
