With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Fay Brake (Gander, Newfoundland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Fay left this world on November 27, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Fay shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Fay farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ada Slade and Edgar Slade; her husband Robert Brake; her sons, Bob (Tracy), Fred (Carolyn) and Dave; her caregiver Jennifer Waterman; and her close friend Maxine Vaters.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V2E1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, Gander.
