Frances Skinner Obituary
In loving memory of Frances Skinner (Gander, Newfoundland), who departed this world on December 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Frances leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Billard and Lillian Billard; her husband Launce; and her brothers, Ronald and Albert.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Milley (Jeff), David Skinner (Ness) and Sandra Morgan (Mike); her grandchildren, Mark Skinner (Haley), Rachel Skinner, Michelle Milley, Kayla Milley (Alex), Jack Morgan and Shannon Morgan; her great grandchild Anastasia Snow; and her sister Marie Spracklin. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V2E1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in Frances' name to the Janeway Children's Hospital, your local SPCA, or a charity of your choice.
